Interesting idea but a lot is missing. We need some kind of a health or battery bar otherwise all we can do is guess how near losing we are. Also there's pretty much no audio here. Also the spawning algorithm might need adjusting as the battery icons would often appear in places where they are impossible to get.
I love the idea of it being in the imagination of a person on a bus or car ride. Music was great. My only flaw I saw was the collision detection seems to be too sensitive. It would often count a hit when the character was still a dozen pixels away. Overall great job!
